Product Description

It is widely used in many field such as food industry ,pharmacy business and packaging ,cosmetics,chemical.etc.
The machine is composed of injection section,blowing section,ejection section, rotary lifting section, stripping section, hydraulic control section, electric control section, blow control section and others. An air compressor and two mould temperature controllers are required. Sometimes,one water chiller is also required.

Characteristics:
1) It adopts a thermal flow system and high-pressure injection molding to get high precision of bottle mouth, bottle neck and screw. The product has no seam and leftover bits and pieces. Save raw material. And the products have the same specification and their appearance is beautiful and smooth

2The injection section adopts single-screw stem horizontal injection method. It adopts only one girder for the injection and blowing positions. There will be more space on the work table, and then it is easy to install the moulds. The clamping molding section adopts horizontal three-work positions rotary device. It can one-mould multiple-chamber continuous production, it has high efficiency.
